Barbara Evason

Community ManagerEmail: bevason@capricommunities.comBarbara started in 1993 and has an Associate’s degree in Accounting and Property Management. She has a great relationship with the residents and their families. Barbara talks about her favorite part of her job: "I love to decorate the building for the holidays and rehabbing apartments. And also I enjoy going out to lunches and outings with the residents.”
When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her two children and two grand kids, and loves to golf.

Care Service ManagerEmail: jkirk@capricommunities.comJanet started in October 2017. She is a registered nurse and she has ran her own business providing non-medical care and care giving to residents. Janet is very involved with the residents: “I make my rounds to each resident every day even if it is just to say hello!" Her goal is to make residents' loved ones also feel as safe and comfortable in the community. Janet loves to hike and be outside on her free time.

Lifestyle Enrichment CoordinatorEmail: vhoward@capricommunities.comVicki started in June 2016. She has an associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, and has worked in skilled nursing facilities for 17 years. She loves encouraging residents to participate in events. “Prior to special events, a knock on the door encourages participation.” Vicki said. “It’s important to me that the residents can come to me if they need a smile, an ear, a hug, or a prayer. It's those personal things that can make the biggest impact in someone’s life," she said.

Nick Moraites

Culinary ManagerEmail: nmoraites@capricommunities.comNick started in September 2017. He had a apprenticeship and worked at a series of restaurants and hotels. Nick said "dining services are important to the residents because it allows for self determination for the residents who's life choices are, largely, determined by others.
